Professor Dr Bill Chua graduated from USM with a BSc in Maths & Education, MBA from Brunel University/ Henley Management College, UK, PhD from MMU in 2002 with specialization in Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management. He taught MBA and Doctorate Programmes in Organization Behaviors, Intercultural Management, International HRM, Strategic Knowledge Management and Research Methodology in the last 30 years. Among the papers published are “Intellectual Capital and Business Performance in Malaysian Industries” in Journal of Intellectual Capital (1st Edition), UK, “Measuring the Intangible Assets of MSC companies in Malaysia” presented in MSC International Conference in 2000.
With extensive experience in supervising MBA and Doctorate thesis/ Project from UNITAR,
TSU, PGCM of ESGCI, Paris Pole Alternance (PPA). Dr Chua was appointed a Professor cum examiner by VU School of Management, Switzerland in 2013. Currently, Dr Chua is an Associate Professor cum examiner for (i) DBA from PPA, (ii) PhD from EGS/ IKI Paris Graduate School in Asia. Chua is also in the editorial board of www.ipmajournal.com. An Honorary Fellow from International Professional Managers Association, UK, Hong Kong Institute of Chief Executives and a member of Malaysian Institute of Management.

Professor Dr Ian Mackechnie has been involved in undergraduate and postgraduate studies in a number of international universities for over twenty years, including institutions of higher learning in the UK, the USA, Europe, China, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. Dr Mackechnie has also been deeply involved in the supervision of doctoral candidates, and teaching in graduate seminars. His area of research interest is in the moral theory and business ethics. He currently has a book pending for publication in the area of the moral theory of the famous economist and political philosopher, Adam Smith. Dr Ian Mackechnie holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Bulacan State University, a Master of Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Charles Sturt University, a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia, a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University, and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Accounting) from the Box Hill College. Dr Ian Mackechnie is a board member of Charisma University.

Professor Dr M Chandra Sekaran has a DBA from Southern Cross University and MBA from University of East Asia, Macau.

Prof Dr M Chandra has over 15 years of teaching experience both with the government and private sectors. Besides being a consultant, Dr Chandra has taught Human Resource subjects at the Masters and Undergraduate levels.

Prof Dr M Chandra was the Senior Human Resource and Training Manager of a large manufacturing concern and was responsible for the development and delivery of management and technical programmes for all levels of staff of the company. On academic pursuit, Prof Dr M Chandra was the Dean of Business School of a private University in Malaysia.

Professor Dr Ilham Sentosa is quantitative analyst with interest in latent variable measurement models (factor analysis, item response), longitudinal data analysis (latent growth curves, growth mixture models), structural equation modeling, parametric and non – parametric analysis and measurement models approaches agreement. His interest includes business dynamics modeling. I also conduct training and consult on research design and data analysis in the fields of behavioral science, social science, health care, education, strategic management and internet marketing.
Dr Ilham Sentosa obtained his PhD (UUM, 2008) Major in HRM and minor in Quantitative Analysis; Master of Public Administration (Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, 2003) Major in Public Management and minor in Quantitative Analysis; Bachelor Degree in Public Management (Institute of Government Study, Indonesia, 2001) Major in Public Management and minor in Quantitative Analysis.

Assistant Professor Dr Praveen Balakrishnan Nair completed PhD from Tarlac State University, Philippines in 2010; MBA from Cochin University of Science & Technology in India in 2000; MCom and BCom from Mahatma Gandhi University, India from 1993-96, Dr Praveen Balakrishnan Nair is currently an Assistant Professor of School of Management for Post-graduate Studies at Heriot Watt University, Malaysia campus. Prior to his current portfolio, Dr Praveen was a Senior Lecturer at Curtin/ Swinburne University of Technology, Australia from 2010-13. From 2005-10, Dr Praveen was a visiting professor to Jiaotong University, Xian; Southern Yangtze University, Wuxi, Shanghai and Nanjing Audit University, Nanjing, China. Other than published journal papers in research areas of Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Marketing, Green Consumer Characteristics, Next Generation Technology, Environmental Technology & Behaviors from 2009-14, Dr Praveen had published books including (a) A Case of CEO Strategies and Apple Inc. (ISBN 978-81-920730-19). (b) Moulding A Socially Responsible Manager from Macmillan Advanced Research Series (ISBN 023-032-825-3)”.

Dr Trevor Suter has a DBA with specialization in Leadership Development from Upper State New York University, MBA and BA (Hons) Business Studies from University of Glamorgan.

He is the Chief Executive Officer, Consultant and Executive Coach in Indo-China. A leadership Development Specialist and International Business and Organization Growth Consultant of Inspire Asia. He has taught DBA subject named Modern Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Dr Supramaniam SP completed DBA from Southern Cross University, MBA from University of East Asia and BSc (Hons) from University of Science Malaysia.

From 1982-1991, Dr Supra was the Production, Technical Development, Quality Control and ISO Project Manager of Guinness Malaysia Berhad.

Dr Supra is currently a Group Managing Director or CT Asia Group, Bonric Sdn Bhd. An entrepreneur in Malaysia.

Dr Prabakaran Kesavan obtained a DBA in International Marketing from University of South Australia. He has a Master of Law degree from University of Staffordshire with specialization in International Business Law. MSc in International Marketing from University of Strathclyde, Scotland and BSc in Management, University of Science, Malaysia.
Dr. Prabakaran has 30 years of experience in Textile industry. He is the Vice President of Malaysian Textile Manufacturers Association and is also a Senior Sales Manager of Toray Business Development Group. On part-time basis, Dr. Prabakaran is a Business Consultant. Taught manyDBA programmes and successfully supervised 25 post-graduate students from Master’s to Doctorate levels.

Dr Paul Leow is a business mentor and customer centric marketer by profession. He is the co-founder AARM Asia Pacific (2005) and also the Executive Vice President AARM Canada (1996); and Senior GM CRM & Learning Tan Chong Group Malaysia; Executive Director Tan Chong Education Services. He has over 25 years of intensive hands-on exposure with known brands like Cheil Communication Korea, Samsung Telecommunication Korea, Peppers & Rogers Group NYC USAAMD, Intel, Ford, Nissan, Kookmin Bank Korea , Volkswagen China in the conceptualization, integration and management of Database, Direct Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication, Loyalty Marketing, Internet Marketing, Customer Relationship Marketing/Management, Consumer Research and one-to-one Marketing initiatives for many MNCs and Fortune 500 companies on the FSI, Healthcare, Services, FMCG and Automobile verticals in Asia and North America.
Dr Paul is a Singapore borne Canadian. He has taught in many universities from Canada, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. He worked in cities like Singapore, Connecticut, Vancouver, Gold Coast, London, Kuala Lumpur, Daejeon and Seoul; With regular business attachment to cities like Changchun, Taipei, Shanghai, Beijing, Jakarta, Manila, Hanoi and HCM City. He has a DBA from Kent Canterbury University, a MBA Griffith University; Certified CRM/1to1 marketing consultant Peppers & Rogers Group USA; Certified Professional CRM AARM Canada.

Dr Albert Seah is a Senior Lecturer at Fraser International College of Simon Fraser University, Canada. He has taught Business Technology Management, Collaborative Work Environment, Management Information Systems, Sales and Marketing, Online Business Set-up, Market Research, Corporate Training, Business Communications, Public Speaking, New Business Development, Entrepreneurship Incubator, Computer Information Systems, International Finance, Financial Analysis, Strategic Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions for Business at Bachelor’s and Master’s level. Presently, Dr Albert Seah is focusing his research in “Optimizing Social Media in Marketing Campaigns”. He is also a trainer in conducting Currency Exchange (Forex) Trading Program for beginners. Dr Albert has BBA and MBA (Finance) fromUK and PhD from Tarlac State University.

Dr Chen Boon Tai has been actively involved in mixed use real estate development, including several Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, in his 30+ years career. Having been part of the pioneering team 20 years ago of the highly successful Mid Valley City development between Kuala Lumpur City Hall and Mid Valley City Sdn Bhd (a member of the IGB Group of Companies) as a PPP, Dr Chen recently retires as its Director of Project Development. Though qualified as a Professional Civil Engineer, Dr Chen has moved on to a career with wide business and management expertise. Dr Chen’s forte is in planning and he is an astute observer of trends and events. In addition to being a corporate man, Dr Chen is also an entrepreneur; having completed a mixed use development in Kuala Lumpur in the 90s with his associates. Dr Chen earned an honors degree in Civil Engineering from the premier University of Malaya, a Graduate Diploma in Business and Management from SEGI University College, a MBA from the industry-driven University of The Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia and a PhD in Business Administration from the Tarlac State University, a 110-years old institution designated as a Centre of Excellence in the Philippines. Dr Chen now teaches at the Malaysia University of Science and Technology as an Industry Professor of Management and sits as a member of the Advisory Panel of GreenRE (a Green Buildings rating system in Malaysia)

Dr Lau Wei Theng completed his PhD in Finance and Master of Business Administration (Major in Finance) from Graduate School of Management of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2008. His Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) was obtained from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Before pursuing the PhD program in UPM, he joined asset management industry and served as an equity analyst, covering analysis of ASEAN markets. He is also a CFA®charterholder. To date, he possesses several years of lecturing experience in the finance-related subjects. His research interests centre mainly on investment and financial markets.

Dr Sam Goh has a PhD from LKW University and a Doctor of Business Administration from IPE Management School, Paris.

He is currently attached to a Health Science Faculty of a University in Singapore. A regular article contributor in Health Science research to Journals from IPMA, UK and in Singapore.

Dr Wan Norsyakila Binti Wan Kamarudin has a PhD from Institute Islam Hadhari, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Her research interests are more towards Islamic economic and Islamic banking product under the supervision of Professor Dr Abdul Ghafar Ismail.

Dr Irfah Najihah Basir Malan is currently a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA and has 4 years of working experience in the academic world. She received her PhD from Universiti Teknologi MARA. She holds a MBA (Finance) from GSM, UPM, and is CFA (USA) graduate. She taught mainly finance courses such as Derivatives, International Financial Management, Corporate Finance and Managerial Finance for professional, degree and master programmes at UiTM. She has been involved in numerous training courses, workshops, conferences and undertook various contract researches works. Dr Irfah is also active in research and paper presentations. She has published her works in several high scholar journals like World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Social, Human Science and Engineering, Research Journal of Finance and Economics, International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management, Journal of International Review of Business Research Papers and main authored a book entitled “Pyramid Ownership Structure and Value Relevance of Earnings Information”. She has also supervised Masters Students in the finance area. She has collaborated with an international author from USA, Simon Beninga, to produce an adaptation book for the South East Asia edition entitled “Elementary of Finance.” Her research interests include corporate governance, financial derivatives, investment analysis, accounting, auditing, capital raising, market efficiency, portfolio management and corporate finance.

Dr MG (PhD) is well known as academician, trainer and researcher. She obtained both PhD and MBA from UPM and Bachelor Degree in Economics from National University of Malaysia. She also gained her PgCert in Teaching and Learning in higher Education from Liverpool John Moores University. She has 16 years’ experience of teaching and 1 year in Banking. She has been teaching various levels from foundation up to master during her career. Subjects of expertise are Management, Business, Strategic Management, Entrepreneur, Economics, International Trade, International Business, Globalization, HRM, Culture and Diversity, Organizational Behavior, Consumer Behavior, International Human Resource, Marketing, International Marketing, Operation Management, Supply Chain Management and TQM. She is also a certified Examiner for Cambridge A- Level, Business Study subjects. She is actively engaging herself in research in management, entrepreneurship and education. She is known to be effective and efficient in her delivery, friendly and approachable. She has substantial experience in supervising undergraduates’ dissertation, postgraduate projects. Beside this she also actively engaged herself in training and had trained many corporate organisation. Her key training areas are; employee engagement, organisation culture, emotional intelligence, leadership and DISC. She is a TTT certified trainer of HRDF. She also very keen in researching and has published few journal articles in notable journals. Her key areas of expertise area in research are performance measurement, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship and Human Resource Management.

Ms Ewan Lee is a HRDF certified trainer and business coach specializing in leadership, marketing, selling, creative thinking and team building has conducted numerous soft skills trainings. Her clientele includes but not limited to tooling and molding, textile, palm oil to chemicals industries and trading companies. Ewan has more than 20 years of work experience with 5 years exposure in the manufacturing environment.
Her experience includes sales and marketing focused on government agencies, research and development institutions, FMCG and various industries including pharmaceutical, F&B, agriculture and petrochemicals with over 10 years in leadership roles from German, Swiss and American Multinational Corporations.

Ms Neetu H. Binwani, is an MBA candidate of PGSM-ESGCI, France. She is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a qualified Chartered Accountant. She also holds a BBA degree from the Heriot Watt University. She has an Advance Diploma in Business Administration from the ABE, UK. She has over 14 years of vast industrial experience in external audit, taxation, financial and management accounting, corporate reporting, budgetary controls and change management within start-ups and established organisations, both within Malaysia and outside. Her last corporate role was with a MNC where she headed the Country’s Finance team as the Financial Controller where she undertook the merger exercise to consolidate five organisations and simultaneously worked towards rolling-out the Oracle ERP system in the country.
She is currently pursuing her career in education, with the purpose of wanting to share her wide gained experience and knowledge with the young generation. She is currently the Programme Administrator for the PGSM-ESGCI MBA (Masters of Business Administration) programme and a full-time lecturer with Mantissa College. She teaches Business & Accounting related subjects ie E-Commerce, Business Intelligence, Negotiation Techniques, Human Resource Management, Principles of Management, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour, Managing Cultural Diversity, Business Law, Principles of Accounting, Statistics, Business Mathematics and Presentation and Writing Methods. She is also part of the Academic Committee that oversees both the DBA and MBA students’ research project/thesis before it is sent to the external examiner for assessment.

Michael Wong is a corporate consultant and trainer for automotive, manufacturing and services industries with clients from South East Asia, China, Europe, America and Canada with more than 16 years of in depth knowledge and experiences in Operation Management and Organizational Excellence.

Michael has conducted numerous training and consultative coaching for corporate clients around the globe and has successfully resolved clients’ quality issues and increased their productivity. Michael has also successfully developed his own unique problem solving and new products techniques to enhance the company’s innovative approach in looking at any problems. With his sixteen years of global experience consultant and as an inspired trainer, Michael is currently working together with International University by sharing his knowledge and experiences with the students, motivate and inspiring them to excel and success in their future career.
Michael’s other qualification includes a Master of Business Administrative, Master of Science in Advance Manufacturing System and Bachelor Honors in Mechanical Engineering from UK. He is also certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Expert and registered Consultant with Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) and America Society of Quality (ASQ) senior member. Currently, Michael also serve in ASQ Malaysia as a Local Committee Member.

Mr Jow Wai Yen is a Group Accountant of one of the publicly held companies in Bursa Malaysia with profit after tax amounting to RM 22 million. He has been teaching on ACCA, CIMA and LCCI for the last 10 years in several well-known tertiary education providers. He holds MBA and CPA (Australia) qualifications and specializes in Financial Reporting and Finance related subjects. Under his supervision, a lot of students have benefited from his outstanding presentation skills. JOW is committed professional and has the ability to deliver lectures in a clear and concise manner. He is known to be effective and efficient in his delivery and yet is able to deliver lectures in a lively manner. He is also friendly and approachable.

Mr Ong BK has an ICSA qualification, UK and MA in Accounting from CSU, Australia. He has been teaching subjects related to Accounting (Financial, Management Accounting, Taxation and Auditing ) from Professional up to MBA level since 1995 in Klang Valley and in Australia. Ong’s strengths are his ability to simplify and to present Accounting concepts well and clear to the right level of students’ learning ability.

Mr Mohd Zahari Haji Awang completed 3 Master’s inclusive of Management Sc, ICT & Higher Education and MBA from Cranfield University, Middlesex University, UK and Californian University, USA, Mr Zahari Awang has been in the teaching profession since 1978. Mr Zahari is specialised in teaching Business Strategy, Supply Chain and Project Management, Operational Research, MIS. He has substantial experience in supervising 30 Master’s dissertations and400 Projects at the Bachelor degree level over the past 37 years.

Mr Surendev Singh is a PhD candidate, MBA and BA in Creative Design holder from MMU Malaysia. He headed BBA degree programme from PGSM in Malaysia. Dev has 7 years of lecturing experience in Marketing, e-Marketing, B2BMarketing, Marketing Strategy, Business Communication and Strategic Management.

Ms Nadia Raha has an MBA and BBA from UITM Malaysia. She taught many MBA and BBA subjects in Strategic Management, Corporate Law, Laws for Business, Entrepreneurial Creativity, Corporate Information Systems, Small Business Administration, How to Set up Business in Asia in the last ten yours.
Currently, she is attached to Land Development Organization in Malaysia.
